摘要
为了探讨微量元素硼(B)对桉树(Eucalyptus spp.)生长的影响,以寻求一个经济有效的B肥施用量;同时探讨B对桉树吸收锌(Zn)的影响,进行了营养液中不同B浓度的桉树苗沙培试验。经过7个月的培养观察,缺B或者营养液中B质量浓度小于0.05 mg/L时桉树苗均表现出明显的缺B症状。施B能显著促进桉树的生长,营养液中B浓度在0.50 mg/L或以上时桉树各项生长指标均显著增加,其中,营养液中B浓度为3.00mg/L时,桉树生物量最大。相关性分析表明,桉树的生长与其新稍叶片中B、Zn含量显著正相关,与营养液中B浓度无明显线性相关。
In order to investigate the effects of boron (B) on the growth of Eucalyptus and absorption of Zn and find a concentration of B that was economic conducted under different concentrations of B. By showed that deficiency symptoms of B was obvious mg/L in nutrient solution in Eucalyptus see when the concentration of B was 0.5 mg/L dlings. and effective, a sand culture test on Eucalyptus was culture and investigation for 7 months, the results under the condition of B lacked or less than 0.05 The growth of Eucalyptus was significantly promoted or higher than 0. 5 mg/L. The biomass of Eucalyptus was the maximum when the concentration of B was 3.00 mg/L in nutrient solution. The growth of Eucalyptus was significantly positive associated with the content of B and Zn in leaves from new branches, but no signifi- cant linear correlation between the growth of Eucalyptus and the concentration of B in nutrient solution.
