摘要
为明确番荔枝(Annona squamosal)幼苗对低温的适应性,科学合理的划定番荔枝引种区域,通过采用田间试验和室内控温试验对番荔枝幼苗的抗寒性进行了研究。结果表明:番荔枝幼苗在田间越冬后,其存活率为48.75%,平均冻害等级为2.67,采取塑料温棚、温室培养处理后,存活率达90%左右,冻害等级明显减低。在室内控温试验中,随着温度降低,叶片相对电导率随之增大,而丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)均呈现先增大后减小的趋势。
In order to determine the adaptation of Annona squamosal seedlings to low temperature and delimit its boundary of introduction and cultivation scientifically and reasonably, field and laboratory controlled trial were conducted. The results showed that after the winter, the survival rate and average freezing grade of seedlings were 48.75% and 2. 67 in field. In plastic tent or greenhouse, survival rate reached 90% and freezing grade decreased obviously. In laboratory test, with the decreasing of temperature, relative electrical conductivity of leaves improved, but the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) , soluble sugars, catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased after increasing.
