香椿插穗内源激素变化与生根关系 被引量:4

Relation Between Endogenous Hormone Variation and Rooting of Toona sinensis Cuttings

摘要 采用随机区组试验设计,以香椿(Toona sinensis)1年生木质化枝条为插穗,用吲哚丁酸(IBA)和GGR生根粉(浓度分别为400、600、800 mg/L)处理,研究植物生长调节剂和浓度对插穗内源激素含量变化的影响,分析内源激素含量及其比值与生根关系。结果表明:适宜的植物生长调节剂种类和浓度可促进香椿插穗生根,IBA 600 mg/L处理后生根率最高(94.44%),极显著高于其他处理和对照,其次为GGR600 mg/L处理(88.89%),GGR 400 mg/L处理后生根率最低(84.44%)。香椿插穗露出根尖时,内源激素含量为ABA〉IAA〉ZR〉GA;ABA、IAA、ZR、GA含量变幅分别为61.763-154.097 ng/g(FW)、35.303-64.043 ng/g(FW)、7.693-14.863 ng/g(FW)、3.907-7.300 ng/g(FW),IAA/ABA、GA/ABA、ZR/ABA、ZR/IAA、GA/ZR分别为0.297-0.633、0.033-0.073、0.075-0.186、0.179-0.326、0.387-0.512;植物生长调节剂种类和浓度影响插穗内源激素变化,但规律性不明显。ABA含量是影响香椿插穗生根的主要因素,与生根率呈显著负相关;IAA/ABA、GA/ABA与生根率达到极显著正相关,ZR/ABA与生根率达到显著正相关,认为IAA、GA、ZR也共同参与影响生根的进程,香椿插穗生根是植物内源激素种类和含量共同作用的结果。 Randomized block design was applied. One-year-old hardwood cuttings from Toona sinensis were selected as materials and treated by IBA and GGR (concentrations respectively were 400 mg/L, 600 mg/L, 800 mg/L) . The effects of plant growth regulators and concentrations on endogenous hormone variation were studied, aimed to analyze the relationship between endogenous hormone content, ratio and rooting. The results showed that the suitable types and concentrations of plant growth regulators could increase rooting of Toona sinensis cuttings. With 600 mg/L IBA treatment, the rooting rate was up to 94. 44 %, which significantly increased rooting than the others and control. The second was 600 mg/ L GGR up to 88.89 %. The 400 mg/L GGR was the lowest to 84.44 %. When Toona sinensis cuttings exposed root tips, endogenous hormone contents were ABA 〉 IAA 〉 ZR 〉 GA. The ranges of ABA, IAA, ZR, and GA contents respectively were from 61. 763 ng/g (FW) to 154. 097 ng/g (FW) from 35.303 ng/g (FW) to 64. 043 ng/g (FW), from 7. 693 ng/g (FW) to 14. 863 ng/g (FW) and from 3.907 ng/g (FW) to 7.300 ng/g (FW) . IAA/ABA, GA/ABA, ZR/ABA, ZR/IAA, and GA/ZR respectively were from 0. 297 to 0. 633, from 0. 033 to 0. 073, from 0. 075 to 0. 186, from 0. 179 to 0. 326, and from 0. 387 to 0. 512. The types and concentrations of plant growth regulators affected endogenous hormone variation, but the regularity was not obvious. ABA content was the main factor to the Toona sinensis cuttings rooting and was negative correlated with rooting rate. IAA/ABA and GA/ABA were significantly positive correlated with rooting rate. ZR/ABA was positive correlated with rooting rate. The IAA, GA and ZR also participated in the process of rooting. Toona sinensis rooting was joint interaction result of the type and content of endogenous hormones.
