摘要
在研究植物雌性不育的各类实验中,为了确定雌性不育的发生时期,一般要借助石蜡切片技术。石蜡切片技术虽然是一门传统且成熟的制片技术,但具体到植物雌性不育的相关研究中,尚有改进的必要,以便在确保制片质量的前提下,节省人力、材料以及时间。
The related studies of plant female sterility always use paraffin section technique to confirm the period of female infertility. Paraffin section is a traditional and mature technique of making section. But in the related studies of plant female sterility, there was need for improvement to save manpower, material and time, with the premise of high quality of sections.
