摘要
寻找贮藏火力楠(Michelia macclurei)种子的有效方法,设计在3个温度条件下共计12组贮藏处理进行试验。通过采用四唑(2,3,5-Triphenyl tetrazolium chloride,TTC)染色法,对不同的贮藏方式的火力楠种子生活力进行连续5个月测定。结果 TTC法测定火力楠贮藏在12组处理中,处理h(塑料瓶密封低温冷藏贮藏)的生活力最高,经过聚类分析,处理h和处理g(塑料瓶密封常温贮藏)可作为日常贮藏火力楠种子的有效方法。
In order to find the effective methods for storage of Michelia macclurei seeds, 12 sets of stor- age treatments were tested in three temperature conditions. Through the use of Trc testing method ( 2, 3, 5 - Triphenyl tetrazolium chloride, TTC) for 5 months, the life force of Michelia macclurei seeds in different storage treatments was determined. The results of TTC method for the determination of Michelia macclurei storage in 12 treatments showed that life force in treatment h (sealed refrigerated storage by plastic bottle) was the highest. Through cluster analysis, the treatments of h and g (sealed storage at room temperature by plastic bottle) were effective methods for daily storage of Michelia macclurei seeds.
