By analysis of the present situation and problems, the future development countermeasures of rosin industry were proposed, which were to ensure the supply of rosin by creating the pine forest, to improve the market competitiveness by building the brand, to develop and disseminate research findings by increasing research funds, and to increase policy support from government. Then available changes of the rosin industry from resources advantage to economic advantage would be realized.
