转炉二次除尘系统问题分析及改造实践

Problem Analysis and Reforming Practice of BOF Secondary Dedusting System

随着转炉生产节奏的加快,方大特钢转炉二次除尘系统排放的废气颗粒物高达50~100 mg/m3,为此对该系统进行了升级改造,改造后该除尘系统排放的污染物为18.62 mg/m3,满足了环保要求。

With the speeding up of the converter production rhythm, the exhaust particulates are as high as 50 to 100 mg/m^3 for converter secondary dedusting system. Therefore the system is upgraded and transform are carried out. After transform, the discharge of pollutants can reach 18.62 mg/m^3, which meet the environmental requirements.
