摘要
在我国推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中,大力推动大学治理体系现代化的背景下,上海交通大学坚持道路自信,勇于改革和创新,积极探索实践"以人为本"的大学治理之道,推动建设四大创新体系,激励师生创新,实现三大模式转变以建立持久有效的"制度激励"体系,探索中国特色、世界一流大学的治理之路。
China is in the process of promoting the modernization of national governing system and capability now. In the background of modernization of higher education governing system, Shanghai JiaoTong University adheres to the road with confidence, has brave in reform and innovation, explors and practices the principle of people oriented in university governance, promotes the development of four-innovation-system, stimulates teacher and student's innovation, realizes three-mode transformation to build lasting and effective system in institutional incentives, and then explors the world-class universiry governance road with Chinese characteristic.
