我国新建本科院校是转型发展和应用技术大学综合改革的主体,但目前的科研水平与应用技术型高校的整体要求相差甚远,既无法满足教师专业发展、课堂教学、实践教学、毕业设计指导的基本要求,也无法满足校企合作育人、服务地方产业经济社会发展的基本要求。为提高应用技术型人才培养质量,新建本科院校应树立应用性科研导向,加大科研投入力度,逐步实现科研观念、科研导向、科研制度、科研管理、科研评价的转型。

The new established undergraduate colleges are the subjects of the transformation development and the comprehensive reform of the University of Applied Science. But it＇s far away from the level of scientific research to the overall requirements of University of Applied Science. They can not meet the basic requirements for the professional development of teachers, classroom teaching, practice teaching, graduation design, the basic requirements for the education of school enterprise cooperation and serving the local economic and social development. In order to improve the quality of talent training, newly established colleges should establish applied research orientation, increase investment in scientific research, and realize the transformation of development in the scientific research ideas, system, managements and evaluation. Finally we can promote the transformation and strategic reform of University of Applied Science .
