Investigation on Medical Staff's Knowledge Connotation of Biological Emergency Event

目的了解某三级综合性医院的医务人员对突发生物事件相关知识的认知现状。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对医院不同科室的医务人员进行调查。结果医务人员对各类突发生物事件知识掌握程度不一;不同专业、职务、学历、年龄组的医务人员突发生物事件知识得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务人员突发生物事件相关知识掌握情况不理想,应采取多途径、全员、多层次提高医务人员对突发生物事件相关知识的认知水平。

Objective To understand the cognitive status of a level three general hospital medical staff on biological emergency knowledge. Methods By using a self - designed questionnaire, to investigate the situation of hospital medical staff in different departments. Results There are differences in the knowledge connotation degree on all kinds of biological emergency events among the medical personnel. There is statistically significant difference among the biological emergency knowledge score and the difference of different professional post, educational background, age groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The biological emergency related knowledge mastering degree of medical staff was not ideal. The related training should be targeted, to take multi -channel, multi -level full, so as to improve the cognitive level of the medical staff of the biological emergency knowledge.
