摘要
新形势下病案管理工作不断发展,为更好满足外部社会需求及医院内部管理提升,需要树立现代病案管理理念。本文分析病案管理工作存在的问题,提出树立"以病人为中心"的核心理念,增强主动服务意识,不断优化服务流程,促进病案管理持续改进。
Under the new situation,where medical record management is constantly developing, the modern management idea should be formulated in order to better meet the demand of society. The article analyzed the problems that existed in the current medical record management. The author put forward some suggestions, such as the establishment of the patient - oriented idea, strengthening the awareness of initiative service, optimizing the service process, so as to improve the medical record management quality.
