摘要
目的通过调查2013年某军队三甲医院护士自测健康现状及其影响因素,探讨有效提升护士健康状况的科学措施。方法采用自测健康评定量表、摩斯腊克工作疲惫量表等多种量表,以问卷调查的形式,对2013年6—12月医院护士作为研究对象进行抽样调查,调查结果进行统计学分析。结果某军队三甲医院护士自测健康评分各子量表均处于中间偏上水平,但"心理症状与负向情绪"得分最低,仅为4.40。
Objective To investigate nurses self- rated health status and its influencing factors in certain third - level grade - A military hospital in 2013, and discuss the scientific measures of improving the health status effectively. Methods The self- rated measurement scale （SRHMS） and MBI were used in the investigation. The nurses of certain hospital were participated as the samples from June to December of 2013. The data was analyzed with Microsoft Excel and SPSS. Results The scores of SRHMS are in the middle and upper level. However, the score of psychological symptom and negative affect is the minimum 4.40.
