我国护理硕士研究生职业期望与社会需求分析

Occupation Expectation and Social Demands of Postgraduate Nursing Students in China

本文从培养方式、职业期望和社会需求状况出发,归纳分析国内护理硕士研究生的职业期望与社会需求的现状,并结合我国护理硕士研究生的培养情况,提出根据不同的研究生培养类型进行有针对性的培养;树立合理的职业期望,尽可能的达到自我实现与社会需求的平衡,从而使我国的高层次护理教育朝向多元化的方向发展。

From the ways of cultivation, occupation expectation and social demand condition, the article inductive analyzed the present situation of occupation expectation and social demand of postgraduate nursing students of domestic. Then the author put forward several suggestions of situation training and optimizing the curriclum; according to different types of training graduate students to carry out targeted training; establish reasonable occupation expectation, as much as possible to achieve self- realization and social demand balance; so as to achieve the high level nursing education in China towards the direction of diversification.
