摘要 目的探讨SICU(surgical intensive care unit,外科重症监护室)护理留学生临床见习带教方法。方法对62名护理留学生实施“专职带教实践-目标性授课教学-教学评价”带教模式,见习结束进行教学效果综合考评,包括学员自评、教员评价、理论以及操作考核四个方面。结果通过为期2—4周的临床见习,护理留学生均能掌握临床见习大纲要求内容,综合考评成绩为(92.3±4.21)分,学员对教学内容、方法及临床带教的整体满意度为100%。结论对SICU护理留学生实施“专职带教实践-目标性授课教学-教学评价”的见习培训,教学效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the mode of clinical internship teaching of foreign nursing students in Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). Method The teaching mode of "full - time teaching practice - targeted teaching -evaluation" was implemented in 62 foreign nursing students. At the end of internship practice, evaluation were showed by the examination, including self - evaluation, teachers' evaluation, theory and operation assessment. Resuits After 2 to 4 weeks clinical internship practice, all the foreign students could master the requirement of outline. The students' comprehensive results were at a higher level(92.3±4.21 ) and satisfaction achieved to 100%. Conclusion The teaching mode of "full - time teaching practice - targeted teaching - evaluation" achieved significant effect in clinical internship teaching in SICU, worthy of further applied.
