β2微球蛋白、KIM-1和NGAL对大鼠对比剂肾病模型早期诊断的价值 被引量:1

Value of serum β2-microglobulin,serum neutrophil gelatinase- associated lipocalin and urine KIM-1 in early diagnosis of contrast induced nephropathy rats

摘要 目的探讨血β2微球蛋白、血中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)、尿肾损伤分子1(kidney injury molecule-1,KIM-1)等指标在对比剂肾病大鼠模型早期肾损伤诊断中的价值。方法选择成年雄性大鼠50只,随机分为实验组及对照组,接受相同预处理,接受对比剂前对各组实验动物模型内眦静脉抽血,代谢笼收集尿液,测定血β2微球蛋白、血NGAL、尿KIM-1。接受对比剂后2 h、4 h、6 h、12 h、24 h收集内眦静脉血和尿液,重复测定上述指标。结果与对照组比较,血β2微球蛋白,从大鼠接受对比剂后12 h开始明显升高(P<0.05);血NGAL从2 h开始明显升高(P<0.05),尿KIM-1从4 h开始明显升高(P<0.05)。结论血NGAL和尿KIM-1在对比剂肾病早期诊断中均具有较高价值。 Objective To investigate the value of serum β2 -microglobulin(β2 -MG), serum neutrophil gelatinase - associated lipocalin(NGAL) and urine KIM -1 in early renal injury of the contrast induced nephropathy(CIN) in rats. Methods Fifty male rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, received the same pretreatment, determined serumβ2 - MG, serum NGAL, urine KIM - 1 before accepting the contrast agent. We collected blood from the inner canthus vein and urine in 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24h after contrast agent,and repeated the above measurements. Results Compared with control group,the serum β2 - MG increased obviously since 12 h ( P 〈 0.05 ), serum NGAL increased obviously since 2 h (P 〈 0.05 ), and urine KIM - 1 increased obviously since 4 h after contrast (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The serum NGAL and urine KIM - 1 also have high value in early diagnosis of CIN.
