核心竞争力视角下涉农高职品牌文化研究——以湖南生物机电职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 培育核心竞争力是高职院校提升办学内涵,求得生存与发展的必然选择。高职院校品牌文化建设已成为增强核心竞争力的关键因素。湖南生物机电职业技术学院在品牌文化建设中积极探索,通过多年的积淀和"百年修业"建设形成了独具特色的校园文化。今后应不断充实内容,丰富内涵,着力培育以"和.实"为主线的品牌文化,融入地域特色,立足农业特色,展示职业特点,弘扬务实精神,将和.实融入理念文化、视觉文化、行为文化、环境文化的各个层面,提升学院的综合实力与核心竞争力。 Cultivating core competence is the inevitable choice for high vocational colleges to enhance the educational content and seek the way of survival and development. Brand culture construction of high vocational colleges has become a key factor in enhancing the core competitiveness. Hunan Biological and Electromechanical Polytechnic has been actively exploring in the brand culture construction. It has formed a unique campus culture through years of accumulation and "century of study". In the future, the school should continuously enrich the content, focus on cultivating the brand culture with the theme "Peace .Practice", integrate with regional characteristics, emphasize the characteristics of agriculture, show occupational features, promote practical spirit. It eventually integrates Peace and Beneficial into all the aspects such as concept culture, visual culture, action behavior and environment culture, thus enhances the comprehensive strength and core competitiveness.
