国家助学贷款制度为高校学生进一步发展奠定了经济基础。学生贷款制度伴随着学生全面发展的过程,其制度文化也顺势而生。本文从思想政治教育学角度出发,阐释国家助学贷款制度所特有的文化意蕴,即:生成主体责任体现价值主体性、强化契约观念把握关系契约性、注重个人信用推行道德资本化。
