高校教材管理的现状与对策研究

The Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Teaching Material Management in Colleges and Universities

教材管理是高校教育管理的一个重要组成部分,科学的教材管理可以提高教学质量,保障教学工作的稳定发展,并且有效的实现人才培养。本文分析了当前高等院校教材管理工作的不足之处,并通过加强教材管理制度化、信息化、规范化工作和教材管理队伍建设几个方面寻求科学现代的教材管理新方法。

Teaching material management is an important part of education management in colleges and universities. The scientific teaching material management can improve the teaching quality, ensure the steady development of the teaching work, and achieve the effective implementation of personnel training. This paper analyzes the current situation of teaching material management in colleges and universities, and seeks new scientific and modern teaching material management method by several aspects： to strengthen the institutionalization, informationization and standardization of teaching material management as well as the construction of teaching material management team.
