摘要
基于师生关系提出了本科生导师制的四种模式,明晰了英才导师制的概念,分析了在应用型本科院校IT专业实施英才导师制的内在原因。随后结合我校IT专业英才导师制的实践与探索,提出了英才导师制尚需研究与解决的几个重要问题。
In this paper, proposed four models of undergraduate tutorial system based on the relationship between instructor and student, cleared up the concept of talents tutorial system, and analyzed the inner constrained factors of implementing the talents tutorial system in applied university's IT major. After summarized the practices and researches on implementing the talents tutorial system in our university's IT major, proposed a few important questions which need to be researched and resolved.
