摘要
将一阶导数高速脉冲极谱法运用于链霉素及其制剂的定量分析中,链霉素的峰电位为0.01V(Vs Ag/AgCl)。在200~700u/ml范围内,浓度与峰电流呈线性关系,检测限度为5.6×10^(-8)mol/L。方法操作简便、迅速、灵敏,结果准确。
The first Derivative High-speed pulse Polarography for quantitative analysis oi streptomycin and its preparation was studied. A sensitive cathodre poiarog-raphie peak at 0.10V(vs Ag/AgC1)could be observed.An excellent linear relationship was obtained between the concent ration (2 00-700u/ml)and peak current. The detection limit of this method was 5.6×10-3 mol/L.The manipulation is simple, accurate, and sensitive.
