论地方本科院校VBSE经管类跨专业综合实践的必要性

The Necessity of Economy and Management Majors Transdisciplinary Comprehensive Practice Training by VBSE in Local Undergraduate University

随着地方本科院校转型发展的不断推进,加速建构以职业能力培养为导向的实践教学体系,构建"中国特色应用技术大学"正逐渐成为地方本科院校着力探索的方向标。VBSE经管类跨专业综合实践突破本科院校专业间壁垒,构建起经管类专业应用型人才跨专业培养、职业岗位导向的工学结合、全景仿真式体验的实践教学新模式。文章在介绍该综合实践的基础上,从国家政策要求、用人单位需求、校内实践现状以及经管类专业自身特点四方面分析VBSE跨专业综合实践的必要性。

：It is imperative for development of local undergraduate university＇s transition. Building up practical teaching system of vocational competency cultivating as the orientation in higher education of China, building applied technology university with Chinese characteristics have become an component which local undergraduate university researched. Comprehensive transdisciplinary practice training by VBSE break through barriers to universities specialties, sets up a new mode for practice teaching including economy and management majors transdisciplinary cultivating practical talents, factory-school links of vocational job as the orientation and firsthand experience of replica panoramic view. Based on introducing the comprehensive practice training, necessity for comprehensive transdisciplinary practice training course offering by VBSE is analyzed in four respects from national policy＇s demand, employers/ demand, state of campus training and its own characteristics of economics and management majors.
