摘要
4(S)—Lactivicin衍生物为一类具有广谱抗菌活性的非典型内酰胺抗生素。为了研究Lactivicin的侧链构型对抗菌活性的影响,采用D—丝氨酸和DL—丝氨酸为原料,合成了十六个4(R)和4(RS)—Lactivicin衍生物,并同4(S)—Lactivicin衍生物进行体外抑菌活性的研究。结果表明,4(R)和4(RS)—Lactivicin都显示广谱抗菌活性。
4(S)-Lactivicin derivative is a new type non-classical lactam antibiotic and possesses broad Spectrum antibacterial .activity. In order to study the effect of conformation of side chain on thi antibacterial activty, sixteen 4(R)-and 4(RS)-lactivicin derivatives have been synthesized by using of D-and DL-serine as starting materials. The in vitro antibacterial test showed that 4(R)-and 4(RS)-]activicin derivatives have broad spectrum antibacterial activities.
