Assessment and zoning of the geological environment in the city of Wuhan

在系统分析武汉市地质环境背景和主要地质环境问题的基础上,探讨了国土规划和地质环境的相互作用关系,进而构建了武汉市地质环境综合评价与区划的思路和流程,包括:以地质灾害易发性评价为基础的规划管制属性分类,将武汉市划分为"保护区"、"限建区"、"适建区"和"已建区";以不同功能用地地质环境适宜性评价为基础的功能区划,进一步将"适建区"划分为居住用地区、工业仓储区和农业种植区;以及地下空间开发地质环境适宜性评价为基础的地下空间开发区划,并按照一定的功能区划原则,对武汉市中心城区地下空间的开发利用进行了区划。论文以武汉市为例,提出了大型城市地质环境综合评价与区划方法体系,其结果对该区用地规划与调整具有重要的指导意义。

Based on the analysis of geo-environment conditions and main problems in the city of Wuhan, this paper discusses the interaction between territorial planning and geo-environment, and proposes the assessment system of geo-environment in Wuhan, including three levels. The first level is based on the geological hazards evaluation which devides the city of Wuhan into the protection area, the limit area, the suitable area and the built-up area. The second level is based on the geo-environment suitability evaluation of different function types. The third level is based on the suitability evaluation of the underground space exploitation. According to certain principles of zoning, this paper obtains the function zoning of the underground space exploitation in the built-up area. Taking the city of Wuhan as an example, this paper makes up a technology system that can be adapted to the evaluation of geo-environment of main cities, and the results are significant in the planning and management for land use of Wuhan.
