人鼻病毒感染的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 鼻病毒与流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒一起被认为是儿童呼吸道感染的主要致病病毒[1-3].鼻病毒与其他呼吸道病毒相比,可导致大约三分之二的普通感冒以及其他疾病.美国每年花费在普通感冒上的研究经费可达400亿美元[4].分子生物学研究表明,鼻病毒逐渐成为哮喘恶化和呼吸困难等慢性肺疾病的主要病因.严重的哮喘恶化与鼻病毒密切相关,人鼻病毒是鼻窦炎和中耳炎的单独的病原,还可继发二次细菌感染.鼻病毒感染的发病机制是当前的重点研究项目.
