摘要
糖原合成酶激酶3(glycogen synthase kinase-3,GSK-3)最初发现于小鼠骨骼肌细胞,是一种具有多种功能的蛋白酶,主要作用是使糖原合成酶磷酸化失活,在细胞的代谢、分化、凋亡等过程发挥重要作用。近年来有研究表明GSK-3在白血病的病理发展过程中起着重要作用。文章综述了GSK-3的调节方式及其在白血病细胞增殖分化中的作用。
GSK-3 was firstly identified in rat skeletal muscle as a kinase that can phosphorylate glycogen synthase. It is a versatile protein which is well documented to influence some critical cellular processes involving metabolism, differentiation, apoptosis. Recently, GSK-3 has been considered to play an important role in leukemia pathophysiology. This review mainly introduces the role of GSK-3 in the proliferation and differentiation of leukemia cells.
