The financial assets transaction market creates liquidity for illiquid financial assets by providing trading platform, which is an importani component of the multi-level capital market in China. Based on the current situation of the financial assets transaction .market in China, this paper thoroughly discusses the major problems that the market facing, which are regulation and product innovation. Finally several policy suggestions are presented that conforms to the condition of a country.
