血浆ADMA水平与急性脑梗死病灶大小及神经功能缺损程度的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨血浆非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)与急性脑梗死患者病灶大小及神经功能缺损程度之间的关系。方法:将本院160例急性脑梗死病例,根据病灶大小分为腔梗组、小面积梗死组、中等面积梗死组、大面积梗死组4个观察组,每组各40例,参照美国国立卫生研究所卒中量表(NISS)评估神经功能缺损程度;选择同期健康体检者40例作为对照组。采用高效液相色谱联合质普法(HPLC)检测其血浆ADMA浓度,比较各组间血浆ADMA水平,分析血浆ADMA水平与病灶大小及神经功能缺损程度是否存在相关性。结果:4个不同梗死面积急性脑梗组及对照组血浆ADMA水平分别为(0.57±0.23)umo L/L、(0.79±0.21)umo L/L、(0.93±0.23)umo L/L、(1.12±0.25)umo L/L、(0.32±0.19)umo L/L,组间多重比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经spearman相关分析提示:血浆ADMA水平与病灶大小及神经功能缺损程度均存在正相关,差异经统计具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与健康者比较急性脑梗死患者血浆非对称性二甲基精氨酸水平较之均有不同程度升高,并与患者的梗死病灶大小以及其神经功能缺损程度存在正相关。
