护理干预对眼外伤致眼球摘除患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Sleep and Negative Emotions in Patients with Abscission Bulbi for Ocular Injury

目的:探讨护理干预对眼外伤眼球摘除术患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择符合标准的患者50例,随机分为观察组25例,对照组25例,两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组加用护理干预,入院时、手术前1d和出院前采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14项(HAMA-14)评价焦虑、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-21项(HAMD-21)评价抑郁、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数调查问卷(PSQI)评价睡眠质量。结果:入院时,两组患者HAMA-14、HAMD-21及PSQI评分相似,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术前1d,两组患者HAMA-14、HAMD-21及PSQI评分较入院时均增加,但观察组增加幅度较小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院前,两组患者HAMA-14、HAMD-21及PSQI评分较入院时均下降,但观察组下降幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能有效减轻眼外伤眼球摘除术患者负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,为患者术后康复奠定良好的基础。

Objective ： To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the quality of sleep and negative emotions in patients with abscission bulbi for ocular injury. Method： A total of 50 eligible patients were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 patients in each group. The patients of both groups were given with usual care, while the patients of the observation group were given with nursing intervention additionally, and Hamilton anxiety scale - 14 items （HAMA-14） , Hamilton＇s depression scale - 21 items （HAMD-21）, and Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） scores on admission, at 1 day before the surgery, and before discharge were used to evaluate the anxiety, depression, and quality of sleep, respectively. Result： On admission, the patients of the two groups had similar HAMA-14, HAMD- 21, and PSQI scores, and all the differences were statistically insignificant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. At 1 day before the surgery, the patients of both groups had increased HAMA-14, HAMD-21 and PSQI scores when compared with those on admission, but the patients of the observation group had smaller increasing extents, and all the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. And before discharge, the patients of both groups had decreased HAMA-14, HAMD-21 and PSQI scores when compared with those on admission, but the patients of the observation group had greater decreasing extents, and all the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can effectively lighten the negative emotions, improve the quality of sleep, and lay a good foundation for postoperative rehabilitation in patients with abscission bulbi because of ocular injury.
