结构用人造板冲击荷载性能研究

The Study on Performance of Structural Wood-based Panels Under Impact Load

结构用人造板(SWP)在冲击荷载下的承载性能是评价其能否应用于建筑结构的关键指标之一。以进口定向刨花板、国产定向刨花板、国产结构胶合板等SWP产品为对象,测试并对比了3种SWP的冲击荷载性能表现。研究结果表明,不同厚度的SWP适用的搁栅间距范围不同,产品厚度越大,搁栅结构体系适用间距亦越大;实际应用中可通过增加产品的抗弯弹性模量和降低搁栅间距来获得优异的冲击荷载性能。

The bearing performance of structural wood-based panel （SWP） under impact load is one oi important indicators to evaluate its ability to be applied to building structures. The performances of imported OSB, domestic OSB and domestic plywood were tested and compared under impact load. The results show that the joist space of structural wood-based panels is different with the difference of thickness, the suitable space of joists architecture is larger with the increase of thickness; the increase of products elastic modulus of bending and the decrease of the joist space can improve the impact load capacity of SWPs in practical uses.
