从分析构建木家具工艺过程技术规范数字化管理平台的必要性入手,提出了构建木家具工艺过程技术规范数字化管理平台系统的基本架构——实木家具零件基础信息管理系统、实木家具制造工艺规划体系系统和实木家具生产过程监控与信息处理系统,探讨了基本架构中各模块的功能和特点,并对木家具工艺过程技术规范数字化管理平台的可视化监控的基本过程与流程进行了分析,在此基础上,总结了信息同步方法与管控过程的相应技术——零部件信息的数字化管控、工艺规程的标准化管控、可视化零部件生产车间全程监控,由此实现实木家具企业工艺过程连续信息流的全集成,为木家具生产机加工车间提供一个具有快速反应、有弹性、精细化特点的制造环境。

Based on analyzing the necessity of building the technical specification digital management platform in wood furniture processing,the fundamental framework of which was put forward------basic information management system of wood furniture parts,planning system of wood furniture manufacturing process and process monitoring and information processing system of wood furniture production,discussing the functions and features of each module in the fundamental framework,and analyzing the visual monitoring process of technical specification digital management platform in wood furniture processing,on this basis,summarizing the application technology of information synchronization method and process control------digital control of parts information,standardization control of technological procedure and fully monitoring of visual parts production workshop,thus to realize fully integrated continuous information flow of technological process in wood furniture enterprises,providing wood furniture production machining workshop with a rapid response,flexible and fine manufacturing environment.
