摘要
采用抑菌圈法测定苋菜活性物对西瓜细菌性果斑病菌的毒力,平皿培养法测定苋菜活性物对带菌西瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明,苋菜活性物对西瓜细菌性果斑病菌的最小抑菌浓度为5 mg/m L,EC50为146.349 2 mg/m L;无菌种子、带菌种子、16.6%乙醇处理的带菌种子、苋菜活性物处理的带菌种子的发芽势分别为87.3%、42.7%、48.0%、60.0%,发芽率分别为93.3%、54.7%、58.7%、90.0%;经5 mg/m L的苋菜活性物处理的带菌西瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率分别为64.7%和90.7%,而经80 mg/m L的苋菜活性物处理的带菌种子的发芽势和发芽率分别为3.3%和4.7%。这表明苋菜活性物对西瓜细菌性果斑病菌有较强抑制作用,在低浓度时既有抑菌效果又可促进种子萌发,极具开发和应用前景。
Inhibition zone measure was used for allied toxicity measurement of acitive ingredient in Amaranthus tn'color against Acidovorax citrulli, and platieulture was used for measure the influence of acitive ingredient on the germination of contaminated seeds. The results showed that the MIC and EC50 for active substances on Acidovorax eitrulli as follows: MIC=5 mg/mL and EC50=146.3492 mg/mL. The germination potential of sterile seeds, contaminated seeds, contaminated seeds treated with 16.6% ethanol and contaminated seeds treated with active ingredient were 87.3%, 42.7%, 48.0% and 60.0% respectively. With respect to the germination rates they were 93.3%, 54.7%, 58.7% and 90.0% respectively. However, the germination potential and the germination rate of contaminated seeds which treated by 5 mg/mL active ingredient were 64.7% and 90.7%, while those of which treated by 80 mg/mL active ingredient were 3.3% and 4.7%. Finally, we can conclude that the active ingredient have a good effect on the inhibition ofAcidovorax citrulli, as well as they can accelerate germination in low concentration.
