摘要
诱变技术作为一种增加遗传基因变异率的育种技术,在辣椒育种中有较大的应用潜力。介绍了辐射诱变、航天诱变和化学诱变技术的特点及作用机理,重点综述了Coγ射线、航天诱变和EMS诱变的机理及在辣椒育种中的研究进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
Mutagenesis, as a breeding technique to increase thecharacteristics and mechanism of irradiation mutagenesis, spaceprogresses of CoY-ray, space mutation and EMS mutagenesis inprospects were also presented.
