In this paper, the characteristics of physiological and biochemical changes of cut flower were introduced, the constituent ofChemical preservatives and its functional mechanism were discussed, it will be provide the reference for cut flowers chemical technologydevelopment .The flowers market is flourishing now, raising the ornamental period of flowers can improve economic benefit.
