摘要
目的:研究乌骨藤多糖的抗肿瘤活性及可能机制。方法:腹腔注射给予S180荷瘤小鼠模型低(100mg/kg)、中(200mg/kg)、高(400mg/kg)剂量的乌骨藤多糖,考察其对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、IL-2及TNF-α水平的影响。结果:与模型组比较,各给药组均可显著抑制肿瘤生长(P<0.01),同时,可以明显增加脾脏指数、胸腺指数、IL-2及TNF-α水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:乌骨藤多糖具有一定的抗肿瘤作用,其作用机制可能与免疫调节作用有关。
Objective To investigate antitumor activities and underlying mechanisms of a water-soluble polysaccharide from Caulis Marsdeniae Tenacissimae. Methods Marsdeniae Tenacissimae polysaccharides was intraperitoneal injection at three doses ( 100, 200, 400 mg/kg) to the S180 tumor bearing mice and antitumor effects, spleen index, thymus index, IL -2 and TNF -α levels were evaluated. Results Compared with model group, the medicated groups can significantly inhibit the growth of S180 tumor (P 〈0.01 ), and meanwhile, spleen index, thymus index, IL -2 and TNF -α levels were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Marsdeniae Tenacissimae polysaccharides has the antitumor activity and the mechanism might be closely related to the optimizing immune response.
