经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折43例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察PVP治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者86例为研究对象,按照数字随机表法分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组采用保守方法治疗,观察组采用PVP手术方法治疗。结果:观察组患者VAS评分均值为(2.1±0.5)分,明显低于对照组;观察组患者Cobb角均值为(6.1±0.5)°,明显高于对照组,以上数据组间对比差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PVP治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折有确切效果,止痛效果好且持久,可减少术后畸形,值得临床推广使用。
