综合护理对34例妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局影响

The effect of comprehensive nursing on pregnancy outcome of 34 cases of gestational diabetes

目的:探讨综合护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取妊娠期糖尿病患者68例作为研究对象,采用随机分组将患者分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行综合护理,两组均行24h动态血糖监测,观察护理前后两组患者血糖变化,记录妊娠结局。结果:观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇并发症发生率、胎儿并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理有利于控制妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate effect of comprehensive nursing on pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes. Methods 68 casesgestational diabetes patients who checked and delivery as the research object, wererandomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group received routine nursing care, the observation groupwith comprehensive nursingon the basis of control group, all using 24h continuous glucose monitoring . observation and nursing of patients with blood glucose change in the two groups before and after, recorded the outcome of pregnancy. Results fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose and HAMD score of observation group, were lower than those in control group, differenceswere significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The maternal complication rateand fetal complication rateof observation groupwere significantly lower than the control group , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion comprehensive nursinghelp control the blood glucose level of GDM and improve the pregnancy outcome.
