急性高位多间隙肛周脓肿合并2型糖尿病1例治疗体会

Treatment of 1 case of acute upper level multipe gap abscess with type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨急性高位多间隙肛周脓肿合并2型糖尿病的治疗方法。方法:以我院1例急性高位多间隙肛周脓肿合并2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,对其进行脓肿根治术、良好的控制血糖、积极抗生素治疗及配合中药坐浴等对症处理,观察疗效。结果:该例患者治愈,住院时间7天,愈合时间24天,术后无肛门狭窄、肛门失禁、肛门变形等。结论:急性高位多间隙肛周脓肿合并2型糖尿病应尽早手术治疗,而血糖水平的控制对术后伤口的愈合有着至关重要的作用,术后换药是否到位,抗生素是否运用合理等都是影响术后伤口愈合的重要因素。

ObjectiveTo discuss the therapies of acute high elaborate multi gap of perianal abscess in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. MethodsTo control blood glucose, antibiotic therapy, radical resection, abscess, sitz bath of Chinese medicine and other symptomatic treatment in acute large gap pefianal abscess 1 patients with type 2 diabetes. Results The patient was cured, 7 days of hospitalization, the wound healing time was 24 days, no postoperative stricture of anus, anal incontinence, anal deformation etc. Conclusion Acute high gap of perianal abscess complicated with type 2 diabetes should be treated with operation as early as possible, and control of blood glucose level on postoperative wound healing has a crucial role, postoperative dressing is in place, whether the reasonable use of antibiotics are important factors influencing the postoperative wound healing.
