二黄新伤止痛软膏合七味三七口服液治疗急性腰扭伤119例临床体会

Clinical experience of Erhuang new injury pain ointment with seven flavor three seven oral liquid in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain

目的:观察二黄新伤止痛软膏外敷配合七味三七口服液口服治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:选取119例急性腰扭伤患者为观察对象,采用二黄新伤止痛软膏外敷,七味三七口服液口服治疗,观察其疗效。结果:临床治愈98例,显效16例,好转4例,无效1例,总有效率99.15%。结论:二黄新伤止痛软膏外敷配合七味三七口服液口服治疗急性腰扭伤疗效较好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erhuang new injury analgesic ointment with seven kinds of notoginseng oral liquid in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods seleet 119 cases of acute lumbar sprain as the research obieet, adopt Erhuang new injury analgesic ointment topical, oral seven kinds of seven oral liquid, to observe the dinicall effect. Results the the clinical cure in 98 cases, 16 cases markedly effective, 4 cases improved, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 99. 15%. Conclusion The Erhuang new injury analgesic ointment with seven kinds of oral liquid in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain obvious curative effect.
