摘要
建筑质量是施工单位、业主共同追求的目标。在建筑的生产及加工过程中,人、机(物)、环境从外部影响着质量的特性,而在质量控制的过程中,人、机(物)、环境又是质量控制的重要因素。基于结构物质量控制理论,从人、机(物)、环境的链杆平衡模型出发,分析了质量控制中各因素平衡时综合能力数,研究了链杆平衡模型在质量管理中应用,并结合项目进行了实际分析与应用。结果表明:链杆平衡模型能有效计算质量控制中各因素的综合能力数,并可根据实际能力数进行质量管理的控制。
The quality of the structures is the common target both producers and consumers pursuit of. During the production process, people, machine and environment affects the quality from external, and investment, progress and quality control is the internal contradiction. All of them need the producers having a clear idea of management. Focusing on this phenomenon, we can use the chain-pole balance model during the quality management process, combine with the actual condition to find the main influencing factors, quantify them, and calculate the indicators of comprehensive ability. By balance analysis, quality management program can be put forward.
