车细长轴是车削的难点,而加工细长丝杆就更困难,车削细长丝杆中根据工艺要点,抓住跟刀架与中心架的使用。解决工件的热度形伸长及合理选择几何参数,问题就可解决。
Slender axles turning is difficuh, and thin and long screw rod turning is more difficult. The use of follow-rest and central frame is the key in long and thin screw rod turning. Problems can be solved by solving the heat of the workpiece shape elongation and selecting reasonable geometry parameter.
