HPLC法测定木香顺气丸中α-香附酮的含量

Determination of the Content of α-Cyperone in Aplotaxis Carminative Pill by HPLC Method

目的：建立测定木香顺气丸中α-香附酮含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Inertsil ODS—SP柱，流动相为甲醇-水（78：22），流速为1．0mL·min^-1,检测波长为254nm，柱温为30℃，进样量为10μL。结果：仪一香附酮进样量在0．09929—0．9984μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r=1.0000）；平均回收率（n=6）为98．98％，RSD=1．37％。结论：本法准确可靠，操作简单，可用于测定木香顺气丸α-香附酮的含量。

Objective： To establish a method of for determination of the content of α-Cypemne in aplotaxis carminative pill. Methods： HPLC method is used. The chromatographic column is Inertsil ODS-SP column, mobile phase is methanol-water （78：22）, the flow rate is 1.0mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength is 254nm, the column temperature is 30℃, and the injection volume is 10μL. Results： α-Cyperone injection volume in the range of 0.09929 ~ 0.9984μg has a good relationship with the peak area line integral values （r = 1.（3000）; the average recovery （n=6） is 98.98%, RSD is equal to 1.37%. Conclusion： The method is accurate, reliable and simple, and it can be used to determine the content of α-Cyperone in aplotaxls carminative pill.
