摘要
高校辅导员的职业投入行为弱化问题备受理论界和高校等实践部门的关注。本文对杭州市4所高校的辅导员进行了随机的问卷调查,运用描述性统计分析高校辅导员职业投入行为的状态特征和关键问题,运用回归分析判定影响辅导员职业投入行为的深层次职业认同心理、个体差异和外部情景等影响因素,并提出相应可行的辅导员职业投入行为提升策略。
The problem that the weakening of College Counselors career involvement behavior is closely watched by the theoretical circles and practical departments. The randomly chosen participants (college counselors from 4 colleges in Hangzou) complete the questionair. The author studys the characteristics and key problems of college counselorsS career involvement behavior by using descriptive analysis, determines the underlying influcing factors by regression analysis, and presents the concerning strategies to promose college counselorsS career involvement behavior.
