摘要
高等职业职业教育培养生产一线高技能型人才,技能型人才是决定经济增长的重要因素。高校校企合作在我国始于上个世纪90年代初,是我国职业教育改革和发展的重点。针对我国校企合作存在的问题,从博弈论的角度进行了分析,指出签订对校企双方有约束力的双赢协议是关键。从高等教育产品的准公共产品特性出发,简单探讨政府在校企合作方面的一些制度安排。
The goal of higher vocational education is to train high skilled talents for production line, and the skilled talent is an important determinant of economic growth. School-enterprise cooperation for colleges and universities in China began in the early 90＇s of last century and it is the focus of reform and development of China＇s vocational edueation. Aiming at the existing problems of school- enterprise cooperation in China, this paper carries on the analysis from the perspective of game theory, and points out that signing the win- win agreement binding upon the school and enterprise is the key. Starting from the quasi public characteristics of the products of higher education, this paper explores some system arrangements of the government in school-enterorise coooeration.
