摘要
[目的]为研究接种不同自生固氮菌对大豆生长的影响。[方法]以大豆田土壤为培养基质,将9株自生固氮菌混菌接种到大豆盆栽土壤中,通过对干湿质量、叶片大小、株高、根长、须根数等指标的测定与分析,获得各菌株对大豆苗期生长的促生作用。[结果]9株菌均能促使大豆苗生长。不同菌株促生效果差异较大。其中,固氮菌2121、2212、2222和2312对大豆幼苗促生影响最为显著,菌株2122、10321、10322对大豆生长的促进效果则较差。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of different free living nitrogen fixation bacteria on soybean growth. [Method]9 strains of free living nitrogen fixation bacteria were inoculated to the soybean soil with soybean farmland soil utilized as culture medium. The effects of various strains on soybean growth were obtained to select effective nitrogen-fixing strains through measuring and analyzing indicators such as dry and wet weight plant,leaf size,height,root length,and root number. [Result]All 9 strains could promote the growth of soybean among different strains. 2121,2212,2222 and 2312 had significant effect on facilitating soybean growth,but 2122,10321 and 10322 had little obvious effect on soybean growth.
