摘要
水稻制种全程机械化的研究,重点是母本秧机插技术的落实,关键环节是母本秧育苗技术的突破。通过对母本秧育苗基质的筛选,获得了无土秸秆基质是水稻制种母本秧育苗的最佳材料,通过无土秸秆基质育苗,可以达到秧苗壮苗的标准,表现出秧苗壮、基质轻、盘根好的特点,解决了水稻制种母本机插秧育苗的瓶颈问题。水稻母本机械插秧技术与传统人工栽秧技术相比,机械插秧优势特别明显,增产达到了显著水平,该项技术的研究为传统水稻制种产业的发展提供了技术支撑。
Female parent mechanized transplanting technology is the main point,and rice parent seedling is the key link in the study of entire mechanization of rice seed production. Through the screening of female parent substrates,it was found out that soilless straw substrate is the most suitable material for rice breeding and female parent seedling. Through soilless straw substrate grow seedlings could completely achieve the production of standard. The samples show healthy seedlings,light substrate,and strong root system,and it also solves the bottleneck problem of female parent mechanized transplanting. Compared with the traditional artificial transplant technology,mechanized transplanting technology has obvious advantages,which makes the increase production reached a significant level,and it provides the technical support for the development of traditional rice seed production.
