摘要 [目的]研究胡桃楸、白桦纯林及其混交林土壤微生物特性。[方法]以3种人工林土壤微生物为研究对象,采用稀释平板法、BIOLOG微平板法及土壤理化性质常规测定方法对3种林型内土壤微生物特性进行了研究。[结果]土壤微生物数量以胡桃楸林最多,且显著高于其他2种林型;微生物多样性指数则以混交林显著较高;微生物数量与多样性指数彼此间呈现出极显著的正相关性,并与土壤有机质、水解氮、速效钾也呈显著的正相关,而与其他土壤理化性质的相关性却并不明显。[结论]营建混交林不仅具有相对较高的物种多样性,而且较为稳定,因此混交林营造具有一定的现实意义和发展前景。 [Objective] Soil microbial characteristics in Juglans mandshurica Maxim.,Betula platyphylla Suk. pure forest and mixed forest were studied. [Method]In this research,with soil microorganisms of three kinds of plantation as the research objects,the soil microbial characteristics within these three forest types were studied using dilution plate method,BIOLOG micro-plate method and conventional test of physical and chemical properties of soil. [Result]The results showed that micro-organisms quantity within J. mandshurica Maxim. was the maximum and significantly higher than that within the other two forest types. The diversity index of soil microorganism in mixed plantation was much higher; the micro-organisms quantity showed a very significant positive correlation with index,as well as soil organic matter,hydrolytic nitrogen and potassium. However,the correlation between micro-organisms quantity and other physical and chemical properties of soil was not obvious.[Conclusion]Construction of mixed forest not only has relatively higher species diversity,but also more stable,so mixed construction has a certain practical significance and development prospect.
