摘要
介绍了暂态稳定分析中的随机因素以及相应的建模方法,用安稳装置主动停电造成的损失代替系统失稳后不受控停电的损失,建立了暂态失稳给发电方、输电方、用户及整个系统造成损失的后果模型,并在此基础上建立完整的暂态风险评估模型,兼顾了电力系统运行的安全性和经济性。最后以广西龙滩电厂送出断面为例,对该方法在南方电网的应用进行了探讨。
The expanding of China Southern Power Grid and power marketing reformation were both threatening the security of CSG. Thus, it was of practical significance to make a transient stability risk assessment to CSG. Firstly, The probabilistic factors and modeling of transient stability analysis were demonstrated. It was also proposed to use the cost of the security and stability control to reflect uncontrolled economic loss due to the system instability. Then, the consequence models of losses to power plant, grid company, customers and the entire system caused by system transient instability were established. A new traisient risk assessment model was presented in this paper, which can balance security and economy of power system operation. Finally, the application of the method on transmission corridor of Longtan hydropower plant was illustrated by a concrete calculation example.
