基于资产维护的风险管控创新与实践

摘要 为固化NOSA五星安健环管理成果,实现体系运行与实际工作的进一步融合,广东红海湾发电有限公司开展安健环理念落地的信息系统创新与实践。基于资产管理系统,建立安全区域管理,实现区域风险评估、安全分析的全面信息化;并以安全区域作为关联,将安全分析成果与资产维护工单紧密结合,实现过程风险有效管控,安健环管理水平得到整体提升,安全绩效显著。 In order to consolidate safety-health-environment management result of NOSA five-star management system to further integrate system operation with practical work, information system innovation and practice of safety-health-environment concept implementation was undertaken in Guangdong Honghaiwan Power Generation Co. , Ltd. Based on asset management system, safety area management was established, and completed informatization of area risk evaluation and safety analysis was carried out. Moreover, in line with safety area, safety analysis result was closely integrated with asset maintenance order to effectively control process risk. Thereby, safety-health-environment management level was improved and safety performance turned out to be remarkable.
