发电机碳刷发热及预防措施

碳刷和集电环是发电机动静接触和交换能量的设备,是发电机励磁系统的重要组成部分。碳刷运行的好坏,直接关系到发电机的运行安全,然而实际运行中,碳刷与集电环发热现象极为普遍,如果不能及时有效地采取措施加以处理,或者处理不得当,将会扩大故障,造成严重发热、集电环烧坏,导致发电机停机事故;造成不必要的损失。本文分析了发电机碳刷发热的原因,介绍了发电机碳刷发热的预防处理措施。

Carbon brush and collector ring were important parts of generator excitation system, served as the equipments to achieve the dynamic and static contact of generator and the energy exchange. Carbon brush operated good or bad, directly related to the safety operation of the generator, but in actual operation, the phenomenon of carbon brush and collector ring heating was very common, if we couldnt take measures to deal with in a timely and effective manner, or to deal with in an ineffective manner, such operators would expand the fault, cause severe fever, burn the collector ring to cause the generator outage accident and unnecessary losses. This paper analyzed the reasons of the generator carbon brush heat and introduced the prevention and manage measures of generator carbon brush fever.
