摘要 在变电设备检修工作中发现国产断路器在运行5至15年期间,其分、合闸电磁铁最低动作电压会逐渐变化直到超标准,并且时常导致断路器拒动,为电网的安全稳定运行埋下了隐患。因此,将造成断路器拒动的故障原因进行了总结归纳,找到了4种故障会直接改变最低动作电压值的依据,并提出了利用断路器分、合闸电磁铁动作电压在线监测装置来实现状态检修的一些意见. because of the author in the substation equipment maintenance work for many years found in the domestic circuit breaker in operation of 5 to 15 years, the closing electromagnet lowest action voltage gradually changed until the super standard. Breaker often caused for the safe and stable operation of power grid had some hidden troubles. The author in this paper caused failure the reason of breaker was summarized, found 4 kinds of failure directly change the minimum operating voltage value basis, and proposed the use of circuit breaker closing electromagnet action, online monitoring voltage device to realize some of the views of state maintenance.
